Returns
Because our products are printed and made just for you, we do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size or design chosen by the customer
- Change of mind
However, if there is a problem with your order, we will fix it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A short description of the issue
We will send a free replacement or offer a refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds are only approved if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- There was a printing or quality mistake
Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order goes into production and cannot be changed.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will look into it. If the carrier confirms it is lost, we will send a replacement.
